Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Finexbox, Inc. (“Finexbox,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles personal information in connection with the Finexbox website, support experience, and desktop application.
1. Scope and applicability
This Policy applies when you visit the Finexbox website, use the Finexbox desktop application, contact support, or otherwise interact with a feature that links to this Policy. “Personal information” means information relating to an identified or reasonably identifiable person. Public blockchain records are public by design, but a wallet address or transaction record may be personal information when it can be associated with a person.
Third-party networks, protocols, websites, and services have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not control information that you provide directly to them.
2. Information you provide
You may use the self-custodial wallet without providing Finexbox with a seed phrase or private key. We process information you choose to submit, such as an email address, the content of a support message, feedback, and any files or contextual details you attach. Please provide only information needed to understand your request.
3. Website, device, and diagnostic data
When a browser requests this website, the systems delivering the site may process basic request data such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, date, time, and security-related signals. The website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
The support flow may invite you to provide your operating system, app version, error description, or diagnostic information. We process those details only when you choose to submit them with a support request.
4. Support requests
Support messages may include your email address, product question, operating system, app version, asset or market involved, and a public transaction hash when relevant. We use this material to respond, troubleshoot, preserve request continuity, protect the service, and document the resolution. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, seed phrases, or private keys.
5. Wallet addresses and public blockchain data
Blockchain networks publicly record wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token transfers, and related activity. Finexbox may view or process a public address or transaction hash when needed to display product activity, complete a user-requested workflow, investigate a support issue, prevent misuse, or comply with applicable law. Finexbox does not control, erase, or make private data written to a public blockchain.
6. Local storage and essential cookies
The website uses essential browser storage to remember your consent preference and may use similar strictly necessary storage for core interface state. This storage is not described as advertising or cross-site tracking. You can clear it through your browser settings; doing so may cause the website to ask for your preference again.
The desktop application stores seed and private key material locally in encrypted form. That locally stored wallet material is controlled through the application and is not website cookie data.
7. Purposes of processing
We use information to deliver requested website and support functions; maintain security and prevent misuse; diagnose reported problems; communicate about a request; enforce applicable terms; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a requested service, legitimate interests in operating and securing the product, compliance with law, or consent.
8. Providers and disclosures
Infrastructure and support providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to deliver a requested function, protect the service, maintain the website, or meet legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or at your direction.
When you choose a blockchain, market, swap, trading, or farming workflow that depends on a third-party network or service, that third party may independently process data under its own terms and privacy notice.
9. Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for support continuity, security, dispute handling, legal compliance, and the purpose for which it was collected. Retention periods depend on the type of information, the service involved, and applicable requirements. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires continued retention.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information in our control. No method of transmission, device storage, or electronic system is completely secure, and Finexbox does not guarantee absolute security.
10. International processing
Finexbox serves a global audience. Information submitted through support or processed by website infrastructure may be handled in a country different from your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, Finexbox uses an appropriate lawful mechanism.
11. Privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights may be limited by law and by information Finexbox must retain for security or legal reasons. Submit a request through Finexbox Support and include enough detail for us to understand the request. We may need to verify that the requester is authorized before acting.
12. Children’s privacy
Finexbox is not directed to children who are not legally permitted to use the product or enter these Terms. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information should contact Finexbox Support.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect product, operational, or legal changes. The revised version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before the relevant change takes effect.
14. Privacy contact
To ask a privacy question or exercise a privacy right, open Finexbox Support from the page header or footer and identify the request as privacy-related. Include the country or region connected with your request so the appropriate privacy requirements can be applied.

Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to the Finexbox website and desktop application. By using either, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and permitted to use the product under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for complying with applicable sanctions, export controls, tax rules, market rules, and other legal restrictions. Product availability does not mean that every feature is lawful or suitable in every location.
2. Product description
Finexbox is a downloadable desktop crypto application combining a self-custodial wallet, supported asset transfers, instant swaps, exchange-style spot trading, selected futures markets, and farming opportunities. The website introduces Markets and Farming; core transactions and product actions continue inside the desktop application.
3. Software licence
Subject to these Terms, Finexbox grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the application for lawful purposes on devices you control. You may not sell, sublicense, rent, bypass access controls, or reverse engineer the product except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law or separate open-source terms expressly permit the activity.
4. Self-custody and user responsibility
Finexbox is designed so seed and private key material remains locally stored in encrypted form and available only to the user through the desktop application. Finexbox does not take custody of that material for you. You are responsible for your device, wallet backup, addresses, transaction instructions, authentication methods, and decisions made through the product.
5. Passwords, seed phrases, and private keys
You must keep passwords, seed phrases, private keys, and authentication codes confidential and maintain secure backups appropriate to your needs. Anyone with access to these secrets may be able to control your assets. Finexbox Support will not ask you to disclose them. Finexbox cannot restore a secret that it does not possess.
6. Transfers and blockchain transactions
You are responsible for checking the asset, amount, destination address, network, and transaction details before authorization. A mistyped address, incompatible network, compromised device, or incorrect instruction may cause permanent loss. Network validation and settlement are controlled by independent blockchain systems, not Finexbox.
7. Instant swaps
Instant swap availability, quotes, minimums, route, execution, and settlement can depend on the selected assets, liquidity, network conditions, and third-party systems. A displayed quote may change before authorization. You must review the final terms shown in the application before proceeding.
8. Spot trading and selected futures
Finexbox may provide exchange-style spot trading and selected futures markets for supported assets and pairs. Trading involves significant risk, including rapid price movement, liquidity limits, slippage, order execution differences, and loss of some or all value committed. Futures may involve leverage, liquidation, funding, and losses that develop quickly. Availability depends on the market displayed in the application and may change.
9. Farming and protocol risks
Farming opportunities may involve smart contracts, liquidity pools, paired assets, changing reward rates, impermanent loss, protocol governance, token price risk, exploits, network failure, and loss of principal. APY, TVL, pair information, and campaigns can change and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing the active pool terms and deciding whether to participate.
10. Prices, rates, and market information
Prices, charts, balances, rates, yields, liquidity figures, and other market information may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or supplied by independent systems. They are provided for product operation and general information, not as a guarantee of execution price, value, availability, or future return.
11. Fees and transaction finality
A workflow may include network fees, spread, trading fees, protocol fees, funding amounts, or other charges shown before authorization. Fees and confirmation times may change with network and market conditions. You are responsible for reviewing the displayed transaction details. Finexbox cannot reverse a finalized blockchain transaction.
12. Third-party networks and services
The product may interact with blockchains, market infrastructure, protocols, operating systems, and services that Finexbox does not control. Their availability, security, rules, data practices, and performance are their responsibility and may be governed by separate terms. References to a third party do not imply sponsorship or a guarantee.
13. Prohibited use
You may not use Finexbox for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, abuse, unauthorized access, malware distribution, interference with product operation, infringement, deceptive impersonation, or activity that harms users, networks, or the integrity of the service. You may not use automated methods to overload or probe the product without written authorization.
14. Availability and updates
Features, markets, assets, networks, and farming opportunities may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. The application may require updates for compatibility, security, or functionality. Finexbox does not promise continuous, error-free, or universal availability and may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the product or comply with law.
15. Intellectual property
Finexbox and its licensors retain rights in the product, website, software, text, design, logos, and other materials, except for third-party and open-source components governed by their own terms. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Finexbox intellectual property. Feedback may be used to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you.
16. No financial, tax, or legal advice
Finexbox does not provide investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Product interfaces, market data, support responses, and website content are general information. You are responsible for independent evaluation and, when appropriate, advice from a qualified professional.
17. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Finexbox is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, security, market availability, or a particular result. Finexbox is not responsible for losses caused by market movement, user error, compromised credentials, unsupported assets or networks, blockchain finality, protocol failure, smart-contract failure, third-party action, or events beyond reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Finexbox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or loss of digital assets arising from use of or inability to use the product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
18. Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the application at any time. Finexbox may suspend or end access to website or product services when reasonably necessary for prohibited use, security, legal compliance, or discontinuation. Termination does not reverse blockchain transactions, recover wallet secrets, or eliminate obligations and provisions that by their nature should survive.
19. General legal terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms presented before use form the agreement governing the relevant Finexbox interaction. They are governed by applicable law, and any mandatory protections available to you continue to apply.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Finexbox may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the product; you may not assign them without written consent. Finexbox is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
20. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms as the product or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Continued use after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. For questions, use Finexbox Support from the page header or footer.

Trademarks
This guidance explains permitted references to the Finexbox name and the uses that may create confusion about ownership, sponsorship, or affiliation.
1. Finexbox name, logo, and product marks
The Finexbox name, logo, product names, interface identifiers, and distinctive brand elements are trademarks, service marks, trade dress, or other protected assets of Finexbox, Inc. or its licensors. Except for the limited nominative use described below, no licence to use a Finexbox mark is granted.
2. Permitted nominative use
You may use the word “Finexbox” in truthful editorial coverage, commentary, or compatibility descriptions when the reference is necessary to identify the product. Use only what is needed, keep the mark distinguishable from surrounding text, and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or official status.
3. Prohibited alterations and false affiliation
Do not alter the Finexbox logo, recolor or distort it, combine it with another mark, imitate the Finexbox visual identity, or use a confusingly similar name or design. Do not place Finexbox marks on a token, financial product, application, campaign, merchandise, or service in a way that suggests an official connection without authorization.
4. Domains, applications, and social profiles
Do not register, offer, operate, or promote a domain name, application name, package, account, social profile, or advertising keyword that is confusingly similar to Finexbox or could be mistaken for an official Finexbox destination. Do not use Finexbox branding for phishing, impersonation, credential collection, or misleading support activity.
5. Third-party token, network, OS, and partner marks
Token symbols, blockchain names, operating-system marks, and third-party product or partner names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in Finexbox identifies compatibility, an asset, a network, or a referenced service and does not imply endorsement. Finexbox claims no ownership of third-party marks.
6. Open-source acknowledgements
Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licence notices and attribution requirements. A third-party open-source name or logo does not become a Finexbox mark merely because a component is used with the product. Nothing in this guidance changes rights granted by an applicable open-source licence.
7. Reporting suspected infringement
Report suspected impersonation, phishing, counterfeit applications, confusing domains, or unauthorized brand use through Finexbox Support. Include the public URL, account name, platform, and a concise description; do not send wallet secrets or private credentials.
